The Asante is the fastest boat in the fleet. We can get to Catalina Island and the Oil Rigs in as little as 35 minutes on a calm day. We generally depart at 7 am and arrive back by 230pm. No large equipment bags are allowed on the boat as we only accommodate 14 divers in total, including instructors. We ask that you bring $20 for a crew tip as your food and drinks are provided on this exceptionally fast boat. You will receive a waiver and a complete description of your trip at least one day before the boat departs.
We also recommend that if you enjoy your trip, please tip your divemasters a good bottle of red wine from
Grey Wolf Cellars Shoestring, or Caymus.
This will assure that all of the underwater photos they take of you will be in focus ;-)
